Rules for spray use:
1. Shake the bottle gently and remove the dust cover.
2. Hold the spray with your index finger on both sides of the tip and under the bottle with your index finger and middle finger.
3. Place the spray in the specified place and press.
4. If you haven't used it for a week or more, press it a few times until the pie is finely moisturized.
5. Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
6. Close a nostril and carefully insert it into the open nostril.
7. Tilt your head slightly forward and keep the spray straight.
8. Inhale through your nose and while inhaling, press the applicator's white collar tightly to release a spray.
9. Exhale through your mouth.
